Summer Langille
Collage, digital art

Summer’s journey into paper cut collage began with a passion for nature. She transforms recycled papers (her favorite material to use in her collages are discarded children’s book jackets) into intricate artwork that celebrates the beauty of the natural world. She taught preschool and worked with children in multiple settings for many years which may be responsible for the whimsical nature of her pieces.
Raised in Southern California, Summer was always fascinated by the native flora and fauna around her. Now that she’s on the east coast in southern New Hampshire, she’s discovering a whole new world of natural beauty to inspire her. She lives with her husband, two kids and dog Banjo in Jaffery, NH.
